Over the last few months, Douglas Street car park, on the Saddle Junction, had again become a hotspot for litter and fly-tipping of household and trade waste.
This has now been completely cleared up! Huge thanks to Wigan Council’s Environmental Enforcement Team who have investigated and removed the offending waste.
