New Defib Installed at St James' Church

Earlier today, we visited St James’ Church in Poolstock to see the newly-installed defibrillator that we have funded from our Brighter Borough pot.

Studies have shown that the use of an AED defibrillator can increase someone’s chances of survival by 7 TIMES should they have a cardiac arrest.

Hopefully, no-one will find themselves in this situation. But if there is an emergency, this life-saving piece of equipment will be available to help!
