Planned Road Closure: Billinge Road

Part of Billinge Road will be closed TODAY (Sunday 12th May) and next Sunday (19th May) from 08:00 to 18:00.

The closure is from its junction with Tunstall Lane to St Matthew’s Close, in order to carry out resurfacing works.

Attending the Grand Opening of Wigan's First Family Hub at The Meadows

Absolutely terrific to attend the grand opening of Wigan Borough’s first Family Hub at The Meadows in Worsley Hall. Family Hubs are a new way of bringing together all the support a family may need. From pregnancy support, to housing advice, to children’s activities, these accessible and connected services will be available to all families! Whilst we were there, it was great to catch up with Maureen and Noreen from Daffodils Dreams . Thank you to all the staff for putting on such a terrific day!
