Catching Up with Robin Park Indoor Bowling Club

It was great to visit Robin Park Indoor Bowling Club this afternoon to meet up with members and see their new purchase of a specialist vacuum cleaner for the bowling mats.

We are really pleased to have helped fund this with Brighter Borough Funding as well as Supporting Communities Funding secured by our great Community Capacity Officer, Julie Clarke.

The club operates every Monday, 12pm - 8pm, during the bowling winter season (October - March) and brings together bowlers from across the Borough.

It helps to improve people’s physical health through sports, and boosts mental health by giving people a place to socialise during the colder months, something we are always keen to support.
